Anger refers to a strong feeling which makes you want to hurt someone or be unhappy because of something unfair or hurtful that has happened. Buddha speech, "holding anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die" is meaningful and full of deep explanation. Anger can not make you pleased and calm. In contrast, it will make you restless, irritability, and cruel. if you always keep anger in mind, it is like you are the fire and want the other to be in volcano. However, before your goal to make other to be in volcano, you are in fire pile already. It means you hurt  yourself already before you make other hurt.

For example, Mr. A was anger with Mr. B because Mr. B is richer than him. Everyday Mr. A never feel good with Mr. B and always want Mr. B to be bankrupted and fail down. However, every time Mr. A makes Mr. B loss any profit, Mr. A also loss profit too. In the opposite way, if Mr. A keep simple and open-minded, he will be very happy with what he has and try his best to perform well in positive in order to compete with Mr. B is better.

The best way for you is to be forgiveness and calmness. Always alert yourself, anger never bring you happiness, pleasure, prosperity, good relationship...
